CANCELLATION POLICY To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $5–$100 is required. This deposit will be applied toward your total service. Please understand that your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. For this reason, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. When proper notice is given, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no call/no shows, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure any future bookings. In the event of a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Each situation will be handled with care and consideration. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be subject to automatic cancellation, as it disrupts the schedule for the remainder of the day. If the schedule allows, you may be accommodated with a $35 late fee; however, this is not guaranteed. In most cases, late arrivals will need to be rescheduled and a new deposit will be required.
